Who we are

What we collect
Enquiries. When you contact us or request an audit, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address and message — so we can reply.
Live demo chat. Messages you type into the on-site demo are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. They are processed to power the demo only — we do not use them to train models and we do not build a profile from them.
Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record basic information such as IP address and browser type in standard logs to keep the site secure and reliable.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiries, provide and improve the live demo, and protect the site against abuse. Our legal basis under the UK GDPR is your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.
Who we share it with
We use OpenAI purely to generate demo replies. We use no advertising trackers and we never sell your personal data to anyone. Service providers only receive what they need to perform their function.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you and to meet legal obligations, then delete them. Demo chat messages are not retained beyond your session.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email team@veluxoai.comand we’ll respond promptly.
